Aura Sessions
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking and must be done online through your account. No refunds of any kind will be given for missed appointments. If you are within the 24-hour window of your start time and cannot make your appointment time, please reschedule. Rescheduling is allowed at any time and can be done online through your account. If you miss your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit your full payment amount.
Beam Program
All payments made for the BEAM plan are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Cancellation of participation

Dissatisfaction with the program
