October Collective Healing!

Weeeee I've been very drawn to the use of healing through the hand chakras lately. Most of the time in my sessions I use other modalities but I'm a very tactile person and have always loved working with my hands so it makes sense it's calling to me! So I sat down to do a collective healing here. It cuts off abruptly at the end because my dogs ran in but rest assured I closed everything out and tied all the loose ends. I did forget to say in the beginning of the video, make sure to say "yes" to yourself to receive this healing. This is such an important piece both because it sets the boundary of consent but also because it commits yourself to the intention. In fact, if you feel that you can't connect in to the healing you might try saying it out loud instead of in your head because it helps to pull all your energy and focus into this intention for one powerful moment of commitment. I have noticed a blockage in my heart space recently and found myself quite distracted while you were moving through this. My mind was wandering and by the time you moved to the throat I realized that I hadn’t truly heard anything you said regarding the heart space.
